Brawly's team consists of a Level 14 Machop and a Level 16 Makuhita. Both are pure Fighting-types. Machop has good Attack, while Makuhita has high HP and Attack. Makuhita's Guts ability boosts its Attack when it has a status condition, so avoid inflicting status like Burn or Poison unless you can quickly knock it out. The best strategy is to use Flying or Psychic-type moves. If you have a Wingull or Pelipper, use Peck or Wing Attack. If you managed to catch and evolve a Ralts into Kirlia, Confusion will be highly effective. Even a strong Normal-type Pokémon with high Attack can do decent damage if you don't have super-effective options, but be wary of their STAB Fighting moves. Keep your Pokémon's HP up with Potions, as Fighting-type moves can hit hard.
