Route 209 has several trainers and wild Pokémon like Staravia and Chansey. You'll also find the Lost Tower, a graveyard for Pokémon. Battle trainers and collect items. Continue east to Solaceon Town, home of the Pokémon Day Care. You can leave two Pokémon here to breed or gain experience.
From Solaceon Town, head north onto Route 210. This route is initially blocked by Psyduck. You'll need to come back later with a specific item. For now, head east from Solaceon Town onto Route 215.
