Brawly uses three Pokémon:

  • Machop (Level 16): Fighting type. Weak to Flying, Psychic, Fairy.
  • Meditite (Level 16): Fighting/Psychic type. Weak to Flying, Ghost, Fairy.
  • Makuhita (Level 19): Fighting type. Weak to Flying, Psychic, Fairy. Has Guts ability, boosting Attack when afflicted with a status condition.

Strategy: Flying and Psychic-type Pokémon are your best bet. Swellow (evolved from Taillow) or Pelipper (evolved from Wingull) can deal significant damage. If you caught a Ralts, it will be incredibly useful here. If you chose Torchic, its evolution Combusken (Fire/Fighting) is not ideal as it shares a weakness with Brawly's Pokémon. Use status conditions like Sleep or Paralysis if you have them. Be wary of Makuhita's Bulk Up, which raises its Attack and Defense. Try to take it out quickly with super-effective moves. Potions are your friend if your Pokémon's HP drops low.
