This exploration will involve navigating through the dense foliage and engaging in battles against the wild Pokémon that inhabit the area. Each ingredient might be found in different parts of the jungle, often guarded by wild Pokémon or hidden in the environment. After successfully gathering the ingredients, you will face the trial's ultimate challenge: the Totem Pokémon. In Lush Jungle, this is the formidable Lurantis, a pure Grass-type Pokémon. Lurantis is particularly vulnerable to Fire, Ice, Flying, and Poison-type moves due to its Grass typing. However, be cautious, as Lurantis has a high Defense stat and can use Synthesis to restore its HP. It may also call for assistance from allies, making the battle more challenging. Having Pokémon with strong offensive capabilities against Grass-types, such as Charizard (Fire/Flying) or Alolan Ninetales (Ice/Fairy), will be highly beneficial. Remember to stock up on healing items and potentially status-healing items, as Lurantis can inflict status conditions.
