Breeding is a key method for obtaining Pokémon with ideal IVs, Natures, and Abilities. Place two compatible Pokémon in the Nursery (Route 5 or Bridge Field). Use a Ditto with good IVs and a Destiny Knot to pass down IVs. Give an Everstone to the parent with the desired Nature to pass it down. Hidden Abilities can also be passed down. This process requires patience but yields powerful Pokémon for competitive use. Eggs hatch faster with a Flame Body/Magma Armor Pokémon in your party.
