Pokémon Tools are a type of Item card that you attach to one of your Pokémon. They provide continuous effects as long as they remain attached. Examples include Big Charm (increases HP), Choice Belt (increases damage to V Pokémon), and Air Balloon (reduces Retreat Cost). Each Pokémon can only have one Pokémon Tool attached at a time. Choosing the right Tool for the right Pokémon can significantly impact a battle's outcome.
