Battle Items are active abilities that you can use during a match, each with its own cooldown. You can only equip one Battle Item per match, so choosing wisely is critical. They provide immediate tactical advantages, such as escaping danger, boosting damage, or healing. Unlike Held Items, Battle Items do not require upgrading. Your choice of Battle Item should complement your Pokémon's role and your team's overall strategy.
