Frost Cavern is an icy cave filled with wild Ice-type Pokémon like Jynx, Bergmite, and Cryogonal. You'll need to navigate slippery ice puzzles to progress. Team Flare members are also present here, causing trouble. Your goal is to confront them and rescue an Abomasnow. After dealing with Team Flare and helping the Abomasnow, you'll be able to exit the cavern and continue towards Anistar City.
