Pokémon-Amie allows you to interact with your Pokémon using the touch screen, petting them, feeding them treats, and playing mini-games. Increasing your Pokémon's affection level provides in-battle benefits, such as increased critical hit rates, dodging attacks, and even surviving otherwise fatal blows. Super Training is a mini-game that allows you to directly increase your Pokémon's Effort Values (EVs), optimizing their stats for competitive play. Both are excellent ways to bond with your Pokémon and make them stronger.
