Energy Pellets are glowing orbs dispensed from specific devices. They must be directed into corresponding Energy Pellet Receivers to activate doors, platforms, or other mechanisms. The challenge lies in using your Portal Gun to create a path for the pellet, often requiring precise timing and angle adjustments. Pellets travel in a straight line until they hit a surface or enter a portal. When a pellet enters a portal, it exits the other with its momentum preserved. You'll need to quickly place portals to guide the pellet through obstacles, sometimes even using multiple portal pairs in sequence. Successfully guiding a pellet into its receiver is a common puzzle type that tests your spatial reasoning and quick reflexes.
