GLaDOS will provide initial instructions. Your goal is simply to reach the exit. Walk forward using W, A, S, D. You'll encounter a button on the floor. Step on it to open the door. Proceed through the door. You'll then need to jump over a small gap using the Spacebar. Continue following the path until you reach the exit elevator. This chamber is designed to familiarize you with the environment and basic controls before you receive the Portal Gun.
