Exploration in Post Trauma often involves navigating challenging environments and discovering hidden items. From collecting Used Tapes in subway tunnels to finding Miniature Planets in a school courtyard, careful observation and interaction with the environment are key. The game also features a complex underground maze in Act 4 that requires map reading to locate keys and points of interest.

Act 1: Subway Tunnel Discoveries

In the subway tunnel, after pulling up onto a walkway:

  • Locate Used Tape A on the third yellow seat from the left, beneath a red and white sign, on the other side of the current walkway before entering the T-intersection. These tapes can be played at cassette players in safe rooms.
  • At the T-intersection, carefully approach the shopping cart to find a Med Kit inside. If you bump the cart, it will move, requiring you to re-approach it carefully.

Act 3: School Courtyard Exploration

The School Courtyard has tricky camera angles. After interacting with a monument, memorial, and a statue by a lake:

  • From the statue, run to the right, then follow Roman's left as the camera shifts. A new path to Roman's left will appear, leading to a building.
  • Approaching the building triggers a cutscene, and Roman receives the Mobile Phone.

Later, to find Miniature Planets:

  • Enter the room on the left side of the corridor (blocked by debris).
  • In the next room, find a hole in the side wall.
  • In the back of the room, locate an alcove on the far left side, hidden by the camera angle, to take the Miniature Planet (Mars) from a smaller filing cabinet.
  • Exit this room and go to the Courtyard through the door on the opposite side of the corridor.
  • Step around to the big hole in the tree and take the Miniature Planet (Mercury) from inside.

Act 4: Underground Maze Navigation

In the Underground Maze, Roman finds a map on the wall between a radio and an item box. This map is crucial for navigation:

  • The map shows walls in white and corridors as spaces.
  • The entrance (portal) is in the southeast.
  • Locate two keys: one in the southwest and one in the northwest, marked with key symbols.
  • The door unlocked by these keys is on the west side of the middle portion of the map.
  • A Used Tape icon is in the northeast.
  • Question marks (?) indicate "areas of interests" with special objects, though not all are labeled on the map.
