Finishing Moves & Counters

As you progress, you'll unlock the ability to perform devastating Finishing Moves and crucial Counters. Finishing moves are often context-sensitive, triggered when an enemy is sufficiently weakened or stunned, allowing the Prince to dispatch them with a swift, often brutal, animation. These moves not only deal sificant damage but can also be visually satisfying. Counters are a more proactive defensive maneuver. When an enemy attacks, a perfectly timed block can open them up for a swift, damaging counter-strike. Mastering these counters can turn the tide of a difficult fight, allowing you to dispatch foes efficiently. Pay attention to enemy tells and attack patterns to identify opportunities for both finishing moves and devastating counters.
