Mastering your throw is fundamental to Disc Golf. The primary techniques are the Backhand (most common, good for distance and control), Forehand (useful for specific angles and curves), and Overhand (for clearing obstacles). In VR, the power of your throw is determined by the speed of your arm swing, and the direction by your wrist angle. Practice in your Dorm Room or on a practice course to get a feel for it. Pay attention to the disc's flight path; a slight angle can cause it to fade left or right. For putting, a gentle, controlled flick is usually best.
