Leon's campaign generally favors direct combat and powerful firearms. He starts with the VP70 Handgun and later acquires the Shotgun and Magnum. His playstyle often involves clearing rooms more thoroughly due to the stopping power of his weapons. Focus on upgrading his Shotgun with the Shotgun Parts found in the RPD to increase its capacity and firing speed. The Magnum is a boss-killer, so conserve its rare ammunition for critical encounters. Leon also has access to the Flamethrower in the B scenario, which is excellent against certain biological threats. Prioritize headshots with the Handgun and use the Shotgun for crowd control or tougher enemies.
