The first major boss, G (Stage 1), is encountered in the Underground Waterway. His primary weakness is the giant eyeball on his right shoulder. Focus all your firepower on this eye. When he charges, dodge to the side. If he grabs you, use a defensive item immediately to escape. After taking enough damage, he will expose a second, smaller eye on his back. Target this as well. Leon's Shotgun and Claire's Grenade Launcher (Acid Rounds) are highly effective here. Keep your distance and be patient.
