Upon entering NEST, you'll find yourself in the East Area. Your primary goal is to synthesize the G-Virus vaccine. Head to the Lab Area 1 and collect the Dispersal Cartridge (Empty). You'll need to find the three components to fill it. The first component, Solution A, is in the Lounge. The second, Solution B, is in the Low-Temp Testing Lab, requiring you to solve a temperature puzzle. The third, Solution C, is in the P-4 Level Lab. Be prepared for encounters with Ivy creatures, which are highly resistant to conventional firearms. Use the Flame Rounds (Claire) or Flamethrower (Leon) for effective damage.
