Your first true boss fight against Nemesis occurs in Downtown. He's armed with a flamethrower. The key is to utilize the explosive barrels scattered around the arena. Lure Nemesis near a barrel, shoot it to stun him, then unleash your most powerful weapons (Shotgun, Grenade Launcher) on his exposed heart. After taking enough damage, he'll drop his flamethrower. Continue to focus fire on his heart. Use the Perfect Dodge to avoid his charges and tentacle attacks. Keep moving and manage your distance. Don't be afraid to use a First Aid Spray if you get caught in his flame attack.
