Throughout Raccoon City, you'll find 20 bobblehead dolls known as Mr. Charlie. These collectibles are often hidden in obscure locations, requiring keen observation to spot. Destroying all 20 Mr. Charlie dolls unlocks the 'Goodbye, Charlie!' achievement/trophy and grants you points in the in-game shop, which can be used to purchase powerful weapons, costumes, and other bonuses for subsequent playthroughs. Keep an ear out for their distinct rattling sound, which indicates one is nearby. Some are in plain sight, while others require careful exploration of every corner.
