As Carlos in the Hospital, you'll face Nemesis in a more confined space. He's heavily mutated, with large, exposed sacs on his body. Your Assault Rifle is your primary weapon here. Focus fire on these glowing sacs to deal significant damage. He'll often charge and swipe, so use Carlos's melee punch to create space or dodge. The environment might offer some cover, but don't rely on it too much. Keep moving around the room, prioritizing the destruction of the sacs. Once all sacs are destroyed, he'll be temporarily stunned, allowing you to unleash a barrage of bullets. Repeat until defeated.
