Inside the Castle Courtyard

Once you've lowered the drawbridge, you'll enter the Castle Courtyard. This is a large, open area with multiple paths. The courtyard is heavily patrolled by Cultists, including some with powerful maces. Your immediate goal is to find a way into the main castle structure. There are several locked doors and gates. You'll need to find a Small Key or solve a simple puzzle to proceed. Explore the perimeter of the courtyard thoroughly for resources and treasures. There's often a Merchant located in a discreet corner of the courtyard, so keep an eye out for his blue flame. This area often features a challenging encounter with multiple enemies, so be prepared for a sustained fight.
