Escape and Reunion

With the Insignia Key in hand, make your way back downstairs. Use the Insignia Key on the main door to exit the manor. You'll be ambushed by more Ganados outside. Use the environment to your advantage, shooting explosive barrels or leading enemies into choke points. After clearing the area, proceed back towards the village. You'll encounter a cutscene where Leon finally locates Ashley Graham, but the reunion is short-lived as they are both captured. This marks the end of Chapter 2 and the transition to the next major area of the game.
