Ndesu is a massive Majini with multiple weak points. You'll be fighting it from a mounted turret on a vehicle. Focus your fire on the glowing orange sacs that appear on its body. After destroying several, a larger sac will appear on its back. Prioritize this. When it charges, switch to the machine gun to shoot its head and stun it. Conserve your heavy machine gun ammo for the final weak point.
