The final confrontation with Eveline is a two-part battle. First, use the E-Necrotoxin to weaken her. She'll then transform into a colossal, grotesque creature. Your objective is to shoot her glowing eyes and mouth, which are her weak points. Use the Shotgun, Grenade Launcher, and Magnum. Stay on the move to avoid her massive sweeping attacks and tendrils. Eventually, you'll be given the Albert-01R handgun to deliver the final blow. Aim for her central mass.
