- Location Strategy: While some First Aid Meds are found pre-made, the most reliable way to obtain them is by crafting. Combine a Green Herb with Chem Fluid. Green Herbs are frequently found in planters, on shelves, and in drawers throughout the Main House, Old House, and Testing Area. Chem Fluids are common in almost every area, often in small containers or on workbenches.
- Early Game Tip: In the Guest House, a Green Herb can be found in the kitchen area. Save your Chem Fluids for crafting First Aid Meds over Strong Chem Fluids initially, as basic healing is paramount.
