Nemesis T-Type Boss Strategy
The Nemesis T-Type is one of the most formidable foes you'll encounter, a relentless bio-organic weapon desed for pursuit and elimination. Its sheer power and persistent nature make it a terrifying boss fight. Facing the Nemesis requires a combination of evasive maneuvers, strategic use of cover, and precise targeting.
Phase 1: Initial Encounter
The Nemesis typically appears with a rocket launcher, capable of inflicting massive damage. Your primary goal here is survival and evasion. Stay mobile, use the environment for cover, and avoid its direct line of fire. When it pauses to reload or prepare a shot, this is your window to attack. Aim for its exposed weak points, which often include its head or any visible mutations.
Weapons like the Shotgun or Assault Rifle can be effective for dealing damage in short bursts. If you have access to explosives, such as grenades, save them for this phase to stagger the Nemesis and create breathing room.
Phase 2: Close-Quarters Combat
As the fight progresses, the Nemesis may discard its rocket launcher and engage in brutal melee attacks. It will attempt to grab and crush you, or swipe with its massive claws. Dodging is paramount. Learn its attack patterns and roll or sprint away just before it connects.
In this phase, close-range weapons like the Shotgun are highly effective. Continue to target its head or any glowing weak spots that appear. If you have a Magnum, this is an excellent time to use it for sificant damage. Be aware of its tendency to charge; a well-timed dodge can leave it vulnerable.
Phase 3: Mutated Form
The Nemesis will eventually mutate, becoming even more grotesque and dangerous. Its attacks may become more erratic, and it might gain new abilities, such as spitting corrosive projectiles or performing devastating ground pounds. The arena might also change, offering less cover.
Focus on sustained fire on its weak points. If you have a high-powered weapon like the Rocket Launcher (if acquired), now is the time to use it. Otherwise, continue to pepper it with your strongest available firearms. Keep moving, and don't get cornered. The key is to maintain a constant offensive while minimizing the damage you take. Prioritize survival above all else; a dead operative cannot defeat the Nemesis.
