Consumables provide immediate benefits, from healing to offensive utility. You can carry a limited number of each, so use them wisely.

Health Items:
- First Aid Spray: Restores a significant portion of health. Essential for survival.
- Green Herb: Restores a small amount of health. Can be combined with other herbs in some game modes (not typically in ORC campaign).
- Antidote: Cures poison status effect (from certain infected).
Grenades:
- Frag Grenade: Standard explosive grenade, good for clearing groups or damaging armored foes.
- Incendiary Grenade: Sets an area on fire, dealing damage over time and creating a barrier.
- Flash Grenade: Blinds and stuns enemies in a radius, useful for escaping or setting up attacks.
