Location: Raccoon City Hospital (Mission 7: End of the Line)
The final boss encounter pits Wolfpack against two iconic Resident Evil protagonists. They are highly skilled human opponents who work together effectively.

- Phases: One primary phase, but their behavior adapts as their health depletes.
- Attacks:
- Firearms: Both use various pistols, shotguns, and assault rifles with high accuracy.
- Grenades: They will throw frag and flash grenades to flush you out of cover.
- Melee: If you get too close, they can perform quick melee attacks.
- Teamwork: They will attempt to flank you, suppress fire, and revive each other if one is downed.
- Weakness: Headshots are still the most effective way to deal damage. They are vulnerable to stuns and being flanked.
- Strategy:
- Prioritize Targets: Decide as a team whether to focus fire on one target first (e.g., Leon, who is often more aggressive) or try to split damage. If one is downed, finish them quickly before the other can revive them.
- Use Cover: This fight takes place in an arena with plenty of cover. use it constantly to avoid incoming fire.
- Flanking: Use Vector's Mimicry or coordinated movements to flank them while they are focused on other teammates.
- Grenades: Flash and Stun Grenades are highly effective at disorienting them, allowing for free damage. Beltway's Satchel Charge can also deal significant damage if they are caught in the blast.
- Infected Interference: The arena will often have infected enemies that are drawn to the gunfire. Use Four Eyes' Attractant to draw them towards Leon and Claire, or use them as a distraction.
- Character Abilities:
- Spectre (Threat Detector): Mark them to increase team damage and see their positions through cover.
- Bertha (Stim Pack): Essential for keeping your team alive under heavy fire.
- Lupo (Super Soldier): For burst damage when you have a clear shot or they are stunned.
This fight is a test of tactical combat against intelligent opponents. Coordinate your attacks, use cover, and don't let them revive each other. It's a challenging but rewarding conclusion to the campaign.
