Your primary objective is to find a cure for the T-Virus, or at least a way to slow its progression, and escape the hospital. This scenario is known for its tight corridors, jump scares, and the introduction of the monstrous Leech Man. Resource management is critical, as healing items are scarce and the enemies are relentless.
