Melee Weapon Degradation

Knife: A starting item for some characters (e.g., Kevin Ryman). While it has infinite durability, its damage output is extremely low, making it only viable for stunning or finishing off weakened enemies. Avoid relying on it as your primary weapon.
Axe: A powerful but rarer melee weapon, sometimes found in scenarios like "The Hive" (e.g., in the hospital's morgue). It deals significant damage but has limited durability. Reserve it for powerful enemies or when you need to clear a path quickly.
