Norman, the leader of Veltro, is the final boss of Resident Evil: Revelations. He is a fast, powerful, and deceptive opponent.
Attack Patterns:
- Teleportation: Norman frequently teleports around the arena, making him hard to track.
- Charge Attack: Charges at you with a powerful melee strike.
- Phantom Clones: Creates illusory clones of himself to confuse you.
- Blade Swipes: Fast, close-range melee attacks.
Weak Points & Strategy:
- Weak Point: The glowing red heart on his chest, which is only exposed after he performs certain attacks or when he's stunned.
- Strategy: This fight requires patience and precision. Norman's main gimmick is his teleportation and phantom clones. When he teleports, watch for the real Norman – he will briefly glow red before attacking. The clones will not glow. Focus fire on the real Norman. After he performs a charge attack or a series of blade swipes, his heart will be exposed for a short duration. This is your window to deal massive damage with your Magnum or Rifle. Use Pulse Grenades to stun him and force his heart to expose. Conserve your most powerful ammo for these openings.
The key to defeating Norman is to identify the real one quickly and punish him when his weak point is exposed. Don't waste ammo on the clones. Keep your distance, dodge his charges, and be ready to unload damage when the opportunity arises. This is a long fight, so manage your healing items carefully.
