Throughout each mission, you'll find various pickups and destructible boxes that provide additional resources. Learning their locations and what they contain is a key part of map mastery.
- Ammo Pickups: Small boxes or individual rounds that replenish a portion of your current weapon's ammunition. They are often color-coded (e.g., red for shotgun, yellow for handgun).
- Item Pickups: Grenades, green herbs, or first aid sprays found lying on the ground or on tables.
- Destructible Boxes/Barrels: These often contain ammo, items, or sometimes even a rare First Aid Spray. Shoot or melee them to reveal their contents.
- Time Bonus Pickups: Small hourglass icons that add a few seconds to your mission timer. Crucial for extending your run and achieving higher time bonuses.
Always keep an eye out for these pickups. Prioritize time bonuses if you're running low on time, and grab ammo or health as needed. Knowing the locations of these resources on each map will allow you to plan more efficient routes and sustain your combat longer.
