Upon arriving at Moreau's Reservoir, you'll find much of the area submerged. Your primary objective is to lower the water level to access new paths and objectives. This involves finding a crank and then navigating a series of generators and switches to restore power to the sluice gate. Be wary of Moreau's attacks from the water, as he can emerge unexpectedly. Use the small boats and platforms for cover and to reach the necessary controls. The environment itself is a puzzle.
