The Lost Little Girl
The "Lost Little Girl" is a poant and rewarding side quest that becomes available after you've dealt with Moreau and returned to the village. This quest involves helping a distraught mother find her missing daughter, offering a brief but impactful narrative detour and a valuable treasure upon completion. While not overtly challenging in terms of combat, it requires careful exploration and attention to environmental clues.
To initiate this quest, speak with the Old Woman (Elena's mother) located in the house near the Maiden of War statue in the village. She will express her concern for her daughter, who has wandered off. Your objective is to locate the girl and bring her back safely.
- Speak to the Old Woman: Find her in the house directly across from the Maiden of War statue, near the path leading to the Ceremony Site. She'll be visibly distressed.
- Head to the Graveyard: The girl is not far. Proceed to the graveyard area, which is adjacent to the church.
- Locate the Girl: The lost girl, Luiza, can be found hiding behind one of the larger tombstones in the graveyard. She's quite small, so you'll need to look carefully. She's usually near the back wall, slightly to the left as you enter from the church path.
- Interact with Luiza: Approach her and interact to comfort her. She will then follow you.
- Return to the Old Woman: Escort Luiza back to her mother. Be mindful of any lingering Lycans in the village, though this area is usually clear at this point.
- Claim Your Reward: Once Luiza is reunited with her mother, the Old Woman will thank you profusely and reward you with the "Valuable Necklace". This item can be sold to the Duke for a sificant amount of Lei, making it a worthwhile endeavor.
Tip: This quest is best undertaken when the village is relatively safe from immediate threats, allowing for a peaceful escort. The "Valuable Necklace" is purely for selling; it has no other use.
