The Grenade Launcher is typically found in the East Wing of the mansion, often in a room that requires the Sword Key to access. Look for a small study or a room with a fireplace. The weapon itself is usually on a display rack or a desk. Once you pick it up, you'll also find some initial Grenade Rounds. Remember to switch between the different ammo types depending on the enemy you're facing. Flame Rounds are excellent against Plant 42, while Acid Rounds are effective against Hunters and Chimeras. Explosive Rounds are a good all-rounder.
