Phases & Attacks:
- Phase 1 (Limbs & Nodes): The Data Weaver has multiple limbs, each with glowing 'nodes' that must be destroyed. Smaller, fast-moving enemies often protect these nodes. The boss also fires streams of projectiles and creates temporary energy barriers.
- Phase 2 (Core Exposed): Destroying all nodes on a limb retracts it, and eventually, the central core becomes vulnerable. The core fires a dense pattern of projectiles.
- Regeneration: Limbs and nodes will regenerate, and the boss will shift its form.
Strategy:
Focus on clearing the smaller enemies around the nodes first to get a clear shot. Then, target the nodes on each limb. Use Overdrive to quickly clear clusters of small enemies or to destroy multiple nodes simultaneously. When the core is exposed, unleash your full firepower. Be aware of the energy barriers and adjust your movement to avoid them. This boss requires a balance of clearing small threats and focusing on the main target.
