This phase throws a rapid succession of smaller, faster enemies at you. They often appear in swarms, making it challenging to lock onto all of them. Focus on sweeping your reticle across the screen to catch as many as possible. You'll also encounter enemies that leave behind trails of projectiles, so be mindful of your movement to avoid them. This is a good phase to practice quick, successive lock-on and fire sequences. Don't hesitate to use Overdrive if a particularly dense wave appears, as it can save you from taking unnecessary damage and maintain your avatar's evolution level. Collect any 'Evolution' items you see to stay powered up.
