Balance speed with item acquisition. A good rule of thumb is to spend no more than 5-7 minutes per stage on early loops. Prioritize chests near the Teleporter. Learn to identify item types by their color and choose wisely. Don't be afraid to skip a few chests if time is running out, as difficulty scales rapidly.
