Side Quests & Activities
Rocket League is a physics-based vehicle soccer game where teams battle to score the most points. While the game focuses on competitive matches, there are various items to collect and platform-exclusive vehicles that can be considered side activities. These include collecting different item categories and unlocking unique vehicle bodies.
The game contains five different categories of items to collect:
- Decals
- Wheels
- Rocket Trails
- Toppers
- Antennas (not explicitly listed but implied by other categories)
Platform-exclusive vehicle bodies offer additional activities:
- Nintendo Switch:
- Luigi NSR: Only available on the blue team, unlocked by default.
- Mario NSR: Only available on the orange team, unlocked by default.
- Samus’ Gunship: Unlocked by completing matches.
- PlayStation 4:
- Sweet Tooth: Unlocked by playing one match with every common body.
Additionally, some vehicle bodies, like those that became Very Rare quality with Patch v1.81, can be obtained from Drops. If you played before Free To Play, these might appear as Legacy quality.
