Stingers are fast, agile, spider-like creatures that often attack in groups. They are difficult to hit with melee weapons due to their speed. The Rebar Gun or Rifle is highly effective against them. Try to isolate them or use area-of-effect weapons if dealing with a swarm. Alpha Stingers are larger and more resilient, requiring sustained fire or explosives.
