The Shinobi Prosthetic is Sekiro's versatile left arm, capable of equipping various tools. Each tool can be upgraded multiple times by the Sculptor using Sen and crafting materials.
- Loaded Shuriken: Ranged attack, good for interrupting enemies or hitting airborne foes.
- Flame Vent: Deals fire damage, effective against beasts (e.g., Chained Ogre, Guardian Ape).
- Loaded Axe: Breaks enemy guard and deals high Posture damage.
- Spring-load Axe: Upgraded Loaded Axe, faster and more powerful.
- Loaded Spear: Pulls enemies closer or rips armor off. Essential for Guardian Ape phase 2.
- Mist Raven: Allows for quick, evasive teleportation.
- Divine Abduction: Turns enemies around, allowing for stealth Deathblows or Puppeteer Ninjutsu.
- Firecrackers: Stuns beasts and humans, creating openings.
- Sabimaru: Inflicts poison, effective against certain enemies (e.g., Okami Warriors).
- Loaded Umbrella: Blocks incoming attacks, including perilous ones, and can reflect projectiles. Upgrades include the Phoenix's Lilac Umbrella for Terror protection.
- Malcontent's Whistle: Stuns beasts, particularly effective against the Demon of Hatred.
