The True Corrupted Monk is a three-phase boss. In phase one, she's similar to her illusory form. In phase two, she summons phantom copies; use the Loaded Axe or Firecrackers to dispel them, or grapple to the trees to get a stealth Deathblow. In phase three, she becomes infested with a centipede, gaining terror-inducing attacks. Use the Mortal Blade's empowered attacks to deal significant damage.
