Anayama is a peddler found in the Ashina Outskirts, near the Outskirts Wall - Stairway Idol. His quest involves providing him with information to expand his inventory. First, give him 10 Sen, then 20 Sen. Later, he'll ask for information about what samurai need. Eavesdrop on the two samurai near the Ashina Castle Gate Idol to learn they need salt. Tell Anayama this. Finally, he'll ask for a 'sturdy man' to help him. Direct Kotaro (from Senpou Temple) to him. Completing his quest grants access to new items in his shop, including the Promissory Note, which gives you a discount.
