From merchants who sell valuable goods to enigmatic figures who provide cryptic advice, interacting with NPCs can significantly impact your journey. Some NPCs are tied to specific questlines that, if followed correctly, can lead to unique rewards or even influence the game's ending.

Key NPCs include the Sculptor, who crafts and upgrades your Shinobi Prosthetic; Emma, who can heal you and upgrade your Healing Gourd; and various merchants like Anayama the Peddler, who offers useful items for purchase. Other characters, such as Hanbei the Undying, provide training and combat practice. Pay attention to their dialogue, as it often contains hints about the world, its history, and potential paths forward.
