Hirata Estate Overview

The game begins with a cutscene depicting a battle in northern Japan, where a commander is defeated. The Owl picks up a young man, who becomes his apprentice for Shinobi Training and later known as The Wolf. The Wolf is bound as a retainer of Kuro, the Divine Heir.

A new cutscene shows Sekiro at the bottom of a small cliff, where a mysterious woman drops him. The Young Lord's Bell Charm, given by Inosuke Nogami's Mother, unlocks the Hirata Estate at the Dilapidated Temple. After speaking with her, defeat 2x Gamefowl. Break crates with your sword to reveal an entrance containing 3x Light Coin Purse. Near the house, speak to the dying Inosuke Nogami, a vassal of the Hirata family. He asks you to check on his mother; you can tell him you received the bells to put him at ease.

Approaching the gate and bridge will aggro a Cannon Enemy. Grapple left and up to a path leading to the merchant Crow's Bed Memorial Mob. Purchase Robert's Firecrackers to convert them into the Shinobi Firecracker Prosthetic Tool. To avoid the cannon enemy, return to the first house where the initial Ashina Soldier (Matchlock Rifle) was, and where you killed the second one. Follow a narrow path with dropdowns to tall grass below, where you'll find 1x Gachi.
