Each weapon uses a specific type of ammunition, found as pickups throughout the levels:
- Revolver Ammo: Small boxes of bullets for the Revolver. Plentiful.
- Shells: Used by both the Shotgun and Double Shotgun. Comes in small and large packs.
- Bullets: Used by the Minigun. Comes in large boxes, often found in secret areas.
- Rockets: Used by the Rocket Launcher. Found in small and large packs. Conserve these!
- Grenades: Used by the Grenade Launcher. Found in small packs.
- Energy Cells: Used by the Lasergun. Found in small and large packs.
- Sniper Rounds: Used by the Sniper Rifle. Found in small packs. Very rare, use wisely.
- Cannonballs: Used by the Cannon. Extremely rare, usually found in very small quantities or as a single pickup. Save for bosses.
Always keep an eye on your ammo count, displayed in the bottom-left corner of the UI. Running out of ammo for your preferred weapon can be deadly, forcing you to rely on less effective alternatives. Prioritize picking up ammo for your most powerful weapons.
