The penultimate boss fight sees James confronting two Pyramid Heads in a flooded room, a powerful symbolic battle representing his acceptance of guilt.

Lakeview Hotel, Flooded Room.
Strategy
- Weapon Choice: The Rifle is highly recommended if you have ammo. Otherwise, the Shotgun is your next best option.
- Initial Phase: The two Pyramid Heads will initially stand still, not attacking. This is your chance to deal significant damage.
- Attack: Fire at both Pyramid Heads. They share a health pool, or at least, their demise is linked.
- Aggressive Phase: After taking enough damage, they will become aggressive, raising their Great Knives and attempting to attack James.
- Evasion: Their attacks are slow but powerful. Dodge their swings and keep moving to avoid getting cornered in the water.
- Final Blow: Continue to attack. After enough damage, both Pyramid Heads will simultaneously impale themselves with their Great Knives, ending the fight.
Rewards: Progression to the final boss.
Tips: This fight is more symbolic than challenging. The Pyramid Heads' self-inflicted deaths represent James's acceptance of his guilt and the end of his self-punishment. Use your most powerful weapons to end it quickly.
