Upon entering the Toluca Prison, James will find himself in a dimly lit, unsettling environment. The main objective here is to navigate the cell blocks, gather crucial items, and solve the infamous "Three Keys" puzzle to proceed. Be prepared for encounters with various manifestations of the prison's dark history.

Navigating the Cell Blocks

1. Initial Entry and West Corridor: From the main entrance, head directly forward into the central corridor. You'll notice a door to your immediate left (West Corridor). Enter here.
2. Cell Block A (West):
   • Proceed down the West Corridor. You'll encounter a series of cells.
   • Cell A-3: Inside, you'll find the Tablet of the Gluttonous. This is one of the three crucial puzzle items.
   • Cell A-6: Check the bunk for a box of Handgun Bullets.
   • Continue to the end of the corridor. You'll find a door leading to a small storage room.
   • Storage Room (West): On a shelf, collect the Prison Map. This is essential for navigating the complex layout.
3. Central Courtyard and East Corridor:
   • Return to the central corridor. You'll see an open gate leading to a central courtyard area.
   • Cross the courtyard, heading towards the East Corridor. Be wary of any lurking creatures.
   • Cell Block B (East):
     • Enter the East Corridor.
     • Cell B-2: On a small table, you'll discover the Tablet of the Oppressor. This is the second puzzle item.
     • Cell B-5: Look for a Health Drink on the floor.
     • At the far end of the East Corridor, you'll find a door leading to another storage room.
     • Storage Room (East): Inside, you can find a First-Aid Kit and a box of Shotgun Shells.
4. Showers and Solitary Confinement:
   • From the central courtyard, locate the door leading to the Shower Room.
   • Shower Room: Navigate through the showers. You'll find a disturbing scene. On a bench, collect the Tablet of the Seductress. This completes your collection of the three tablets.
   • Exit the Shower Room and look for the entrance to the Solitary Confinement area, typically located off a secondary corridor from the central courtyard.
   • Solitary Confinement: This area is dark and claustrophobic. Be prepared for jump scares. There are no essential items here, but it adds to the atmosphere.

The Three Keys Puzzle

Once you have all three tablets (Gluttonous, Oppressor, Seductress), you are ready to solve the main puzzle of the cell block. This puzzle is located in the central courtyard, near the execution platform.

1. Locate the Pedestal: In the center of the courtyard, you'll find a stone pedestal with three indentations.
2. Examine the Tablets: Each tablet has a distinct image and a short inscription. The order in which you place them is crucial. The inscriptions hint at the correct sequence.
   • "The Gluttonous ate and ate, but was never satisfied."
   • "The Oppressor took what was not his, with force and cruelty."
   • "The Seductress lured men to their doom with false promises."
3. The Solution: The correct order, based on the themes of sin and punishment often found in Silent Hill, is:
   1. Place the Tablet of the Gluttonous first.
   2. Place the Tablet of the Oppressor second.
   3. Place the Tablet of the Seductress third.
4. Reward: If placed correctly, the pedestal will activate, and a new path will open, typically a gate or a previously locked door, allowing you to proceed deeper into the prison.
