Chapter 7: Stonetown

Welcome to Stonetown, Portal Master! This chapter introduces new challenges and plenty of secrets to uncover. Keep your eyes peeled and your Skylanders ready for action!

Initial Area & First Encounter

As you begin, proceed forward. You'll immediately encounter a group of Chompy Pods and a few Chompies. Clear them out to safely advance.
After defeating the enemies, look to your left. You'll find a small alcove containing a Soul Gem for Hex. Don't miss it!
Continue along the main path. You'll soon come across a large, circular platform with several Chompies and a couple of Chompy Pods. Engage and defeat them.

The Moving Platforms Puzzle

This section requires careful timing and platforming skills.

After clearing the circular platform, head to the right. You'll see a series of moving platforms.
Jump onto the first moving platform when it's close.
Time your jump to the second platform, then to the third.
Once on the third platform, wait for it to align with the solid ground ahead and jump off.
On this new platform, you'll find a Treasure Chest. Open it for some gold!

The Stonetown Market

The market area is bustling with enemies and hidden items.

Proceed into the Stonetown Market. You'll be ambushed by several Chompies and a new enemy type: Stone Golems. These Golems are tough, so focus your attacks and use your Skylanders' special abilities.
After clearing the market, look for a small stall on the left side. Behind it, you'll discover a hidden area containing a Story Scroll. This scroll details the history of Stonetown.
Near the center of the market, you'll notice a Elemental Gate (Earth). If you have an Earth Skylander, open it to access a bonus area.

Inside the Earth Elemental Gate

If you have an Earth Skylander, this optional area offers valuable rewards.

Upon entering, you'll face a few Stone Golems and Chompies.
Navigate the short path, collecting any gold you see.
At the end of the path, you'll find a Legendary Treasure: the Stone of Power. This item provides a permanent stat boost!

The Bridge to the Citadel

Prepare for more combat as you approach the final section of Stonetown.

After the market, head towards the large stone bridge. As you cross, more Stone Golems and Chompies will appear.
Halfway across the bridge, look for a small ledge off to the right. Jump down to find a hidden Winged Sapphire. This will increase your gold collection rate for a short time.
Continue across the bridge. Before entering the citadel, you'll encounter a larger group of enemies, including a few Chompy Pods that continuously spawn Chompies. Prioritize destroying the pods first.

Stonetown Citadel Entrance

Once all enemies are defeated, the path to the citadel entrance will open.
Before you enter, check the area to the far left of the entrance. There's a small, destructible wall. Break it down to reveal a Hat: the Mining Helmet. This hat grants a defense bonus.
Step into the citadel to complete Chapter 7 and prepare for the next adventure!
