Many levels contain hidden areas and shortcuts that can lead to valuable collectibles or bypass difficult sections. These are often found behind Elemental Gates, but also look for suspicious cracks in walls, seemingly impassable gaps (which might be jumpable with certain Skylanders), or paths obscured by foliage. Some levels have 'bounce pads' or 'teleporters' that can lead to secret platforms. Always explore off the beaten path, smash every breakable object, and try interacting with anything that looks out of place. Replaying levels with different Skylanders can reveal previously inaccessible routes.
